Trying to give zero stars. This company told my insurance company (Travelers) that my foundation is "crumbling". They did an exterior inspection and noted that some exterior brick needed to be tuck-pointed. This causes absolutely NO damage to the structural integrity of the home. We had an actual licensed structural engineer assess and report on our house and stated the foundation is in excellent condition and that NO repairs are recommended. This company is an actual scam, and I truly hope they go out of business. I'm trying to figure out how they sleep at night, knowing they are causing harm to others every day.

Update: our insurance reinstated us after submitted our structural engineer report. Proving this company is absolutely garbage and their assessments should not be trusted.

Here is all you need to know: The home we purchased was recently painted (completely) and had a new roof installed just 2 months prior to this company doing an “inspection”

The rep stated there was algae on the homes exterior (white paint) and the shingles were so (old and worn) they needed replacing.

There was no algae on the exterior anywhere and the shingles simply had dirt on them from our local climate.

No big deal? Well as a result our insurance company threatened to cancel our policy because of the roof if not replaced. I simply hosed the dirt off took the exact pictures and sent them in.

Clearly this company is a hired gun.

Had Erie insurance this company came out to apparently do an inspection on my house. Walked all over my property. Didn’t announce themselves on my property until I say them walking through my yard back to there vehicle. Completely lied about an inside inspection. And lied all over the inspection in general about things around the house. This company is an absolute scam. Why Erie chooses to use this con artist company to base inspections on is beyond me. Now I have no insurance at all due to this as Erie won’t send another rep to meet with me on the matter and re inspect

My 3rd party insurance agent called me in the morning that the appraisal or inspector is coming from Travelers insurance, I immediatelly cancelled all of my scheduled surgeries for the day and stayed home entire day. (Yes I am a surgeon, but when I heard these guys are crooks, I made sure to stay home by the phone all day)

These guys are liars that work for Travelers. Nobody even stepped foot in front of the community according to the gate guard who checks in everyone from 6AM to 9AM. And this lady there at the gate is like CIA and calls us whenever anyone is entering the community that is visiting. On her report sheet she said nobody that entire day came to see our address or any inspector or appraisal or travelers personell. It is not on her cameras either.

My phone was on loud all day and with me.

I have 16 cameras and two different versions of wifi and wired systems around my house and front door. Nobody came by.

My wife works from home, so if they showed up any day, they would have had access.

BUT THAT IS THE ISSUE, THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP AND STILL THEY BILL THE INSURANCE COMPANY FOR FRADULENT WORK THAT THEY DIDN'T DO! I DON'T LIKE LAZY FREE LOADERS. WORK FOR YOUR MONEY! (REVIEWS MENTION THAT ONE OF YOUR NAMES IS JEFF FROM ARIZONA?). YOUR MOM DIDN'T TEACH YOU THAT?

These guys are real liars that work with Travelers. If we can't get them to fix this cancellation, then I will switch companies and the car insurance. They are a joke.

If I could give a negative 10, rating I would. Millennium Information Services ("MIS") was hired by my homeowner insurance company to inspect my home. I asked to be present during the inspection. The phone number MIS called to contact me was from a job I left in 2007 (insurer’s fault), so I never received notification of the inspection. The report was full of egregious inaccuracies and gross exaggerations. The most fraudulent statement in the report was that my roof was more than 50% deteriorated. The roof was completely torn off and replaced late April/early May of 2024. It took over two months to get that straightened out with the insurer, even though the insurer had paid for the replacement. The inspector stated that the fence around the property was “collapsing.” The fence is completely perpendicular throughout. In one section, my neighbor’s tree has broken a small section of the fence, but 90% of the fence is perfectly fine, so to describe the fence as “collapsing” is a gross misrepresentation. The inspector incorrectly referred to a small, flat section of the roof as a “rolled roof;” in actuality, the roof is 60 ml rubber roofing. The inspector claimed there were no exterior vents in an addition to the home; this was totally inaccurate and I have photos to prove it. It is clear to me that this inspector was inexperience of not knowledgeable. When a person’s insurance is hinging on these reports, accuracy is critical, especially when the insurer refuses to send out a more knowledgeable inspector.

I would leave ZERO STARS if that was an option. Barry Allen stopped by unannounced to our home and did a poor job communicating why he was there… He made my wife extremely uncomfortable during the entire exchange. I see they are based out of Illinois, but we are in Texas with rather strong property and trespassing rights… My fellow Texans understand.

He was borderline threatening when my asked him to call me to schedule an appointment and sort this out. He responded with "So, you are refusing to let me take pictures of your house, correct?" He had a tone that implied since we were 'uncooperative' it might result in some type of negative impact to our policy...

When my wife gave him my phone number to call and sort everything out, he did not write down my number and never called me...

After my wife told him that he made her uncomfortable by stopping by unannounced, and even more uncomfortable by staying on the property after she shut the door in his face and then calling her personal cell phone (which even my agent does not have), and then even more uncomfortable by remaining on the property after being asked to leave and to contact me, he simply did not seem to care, nor was he aware that both his appearance and approach was unprofessional and contributing factors to making my wife feel uncomfortable in our own home...

After some digging, I found the company Millennium Information Services via google. As you can see, they have a 1 star google rating, and the reviews are HORRIFYING. Not only did these reviews verify and align with our experience, but there are countless accounts of them lying on their reports with detrimental impacts to people's policies. Which is what I am now most fearful of...

Lastly, and most importantly, how the hell did they get her phone number and say that mine was not on the file?!?!

Do yourself a favor and ask your carrier if they use this company before binding a policy. And if they do, then find another carrier!!!

Tyler Spann who we had no idea was representing this company arrived unannounced and was taking photos of our property. Because I called him out on it on Next Door App he’s been leaving fake Yelp Reviews on my business page and acting beyond unprofessional and unreasonable. I don’t understand how this company can employ this person. Nightmare experience

I use Progressive for Auto, and was going to try their home insurance as well. In the end I went another way, but Progressive contracted out to this group, and even though my policy for Progressive has been canceled for over a month now, they still send someone to take pictures of my home. Unacceptable.
