Victor, Technician, was knowledgeable and very professional. He definitely took pride in his work. He found a leak on the exterior duct and hopefully this is the answer to the issue that caused mold on our garage wall and on the surface of the air handler. I’m a new customer of Millian Aire. One of their technicians, Josh, has come out on two separate occasions to install UV lights and an automatic vinegar injector for the drain pan.

Josh has been highly professional and thorough each time he’s come out. I really appreciate the high standards of quality workmanship he holds himself to. It gives me confidence the job is being done right the first time and that no corners are being cut. Josh has also been very kind in answering all my questions about all the components he’s installing, and clearly explaining how each of those components work. 1/29/25 Semi-annual maintenance done by a newbie at Millian-Aire. Joey is new to the company; however, he came with over 20 years of experience and it shows through his work today. Had Josh , service tech , here today for 6 month cup. I am on annual twice a year contract. It was by far the best service I have ever had . His thoroughness and communication skills were excellent.
