Mirasol Solar will not provide warranty on their solar panels even though the Solar Contract with them States the Warranty on all Components . I would not recommend buying any solar system from Mirasol Solar as
We have been trying to get them to warranty them for two years.
I would not recommend Mirasol to anyone .

QCells' solar systems allegedly do not provide warranty coverage for their solar panels in any state, as evidenced by our experience in Florida, where they claim California has jurisdiction, thereby requiring litigation to be pursued in California. Consequently, they purportedly refuse to honor their warranty. We have been engaged in a dispute with them for two years. We aim to inform the public about this issue, as consumers should be aware of it before purchasing @Cells solar panels. Please refer to the attached court documents from the Polk County Circuit Court.

John arranged for his crew to come out and inspect a leak from my pool solar system. JP and Chase came out to inspect and found nothing more than a couple of clamps that needed tightening/replacing. Great to know that I didn’t need more than that. Impressive quick and professional service!

This is an updated review to one I had originally left, however I thought it was important to give a little bit of a backstory to explain why I think this is a great company. Approximately 2 years ago I had the idea that I wanted to add solar to my home. A lot of companies come to your house promising that they are going to provide you solar by replacing your electric bill with a solar loan. Makes sense because in the long term you'll finally get a chance to one day pay off your electric bill. After reviewing companies I finally settled on Mirasol solar. After the first initial installation, I realized by the end of my first year that the panels installed were not adequate to supply the goal of 100% solar energy in one year. This unfortunately created a hardship for me because I was put in the position where I was paying two bills, both the solar and an electric bill. I had posted an original review, in which I loudly complained about the poor estimate that entrapped me with the lower than expected solar production. But here's why I'm giving this company extremely high marks. Rather than telling me to go get a lawyer and good luck with suing them, the CEO of the company called me and committed directly to making my situation right. What proceeded after that was a careful period of evaluation and due diligence on their part to both own up to their mistake, as well as bringing on board necessary resources to correct the problem. They more than lived up to their word. Unfortunately a lot of companies do not operate like them, and if the company makes a mistake you are stuck with the problem and an expensive legal team. That's not how this company operated. With direct leadership interaction and engagement, I now have a system that is running at peak performance and generating quality power.

So in summary, the true mark of a good company is not in their level of perfection, although that would be wonderful, but it's in how they honor their word and respect the customer. That was on full display from the top of this company to the individual employees that were quick to respond to my very insistent questions.

John and his team did a great job on my first pool installation 30 years ago and likewise did an excellent job upgrading my homes pool to solar! John and crew installed 9 12x4' solar panels, replaced the previous plumbing, and upgraded my ancient pool pump to a new variable speed pump. After everything was done John sent Juan to ensure everything was functioning properly 3 days later as well! 2 days later John also sent out the team to do one final quality check. I love my new system and would highly recommend Mirasol Solar.

No other solar company comes close. Everyone who sees it says the same thing. "Where is all the conduit?" Well, there is none visible, because it was installed by the best. They explained all the options and helped make all the paperwork smooth. They also delivered on all their promises. I've referred dozens of friends and family and neighbors, all have been exceedingly satisfied. If you are looking into solar, DO NOT be fooled by these other fly-by-night companies, promising the world on the cheap. Go with Mirasol and you'll be thrilled that you did!

Kim from ADT Solar started working at Mirasol Solar after ADT left the solar business. Kim contacted me and said Mirasol would be a lot less than my quote from ADT. After 4-5 weeks of getting set up and training, Kim texted me stating Mirasol cannot meet my previous quote. Disappointed that she would tell me something she couldn’t deliver. I have the text from her on my phone and have the previous quote on my computer. I am still in the market for a solar system and hope Mirasol can match the other company quote. We are only off the annual escalator.
