They have three locations to choose from; we went to their Hallandale beach location which is inside a new complex called Atlantic village.
Mitch’s is sort of like a New York deli but in a more friendly, friendly, elevated style.
We ordered a hangover sandwich, French toast bites and a big boy omelette.
The hangover is 2 scrambled eggs, cheese, nice thick slice of bacon and a hash brown patty - we asked for it to be on side.
The big boy burrito is big! Comes with sausage, bacon, peppers, mushrooms, cheddar, onions and tomatoes. Their eggs come with either fries or home fries and a bagel with cream cheese (everything bagel please!)
We also got their French toast bites which were made from challah bread. They were fluffy and delicious!
The service was very friendly and they recommended what we ordered as it was our first time here. They even brought out pieces of freshly baked rugelach that was outstanding.
It’s only open for breakfast and lunch with plenty of parking available!

The service was excellent, and the staff checked on us regularly. Silverware and to-go boxes were conveniently available. However, the bagels and French toast bites fell short. The French toast bites had an overly hard exterior. On a brighter note, the cream cheese was light and fluffy, and I appreciated the variety of flavors offered.

We discovered this wonderful place just a few days ago and have already been here twice. The first time, we tried the pancakes, and the second time, the Nutella French toast—both were absolutely amazing. Portions are generous, and everything is so delicious. Plus, the owner is present, which makes the service exceptional. We’ll definitely be back to try the bagels and pastrami sandwiches—they look incredible!

This was our last breakfast stop before leaving FL and it did not disappoint! Very aesthetic atmosphere and great service, from MiMi especially! She came to our table and gave us strawberries and french toast bites on the house. We will be back!

This place was 10/10!! Amazing bagels, huge menu, super friendly staff. The owner Griffin was so sweet & helpful. We had the chopped bagel, the hangover part 2, and some Rugelach. A MUST when you’re in the area!

I went here for breakfast with my sisters-in-law. Everyone was very friendly. Food served quickly. Pancakes were massive and delicious. My sisters in law got bagels. We’re from New York so we’re bagel snobs and these were really not bad! Highly recommend. Will definitely be back.

I love Mitch’s! First heard about this place from a friend in Hollywood and I was intrigued. The spot immediately brought back the New York style bagel vibe AND taste I had been missing since I moved here. It’s always pleasant to be greeted by Alina every time I come by. Her smile and warm welcome always brightens up the place. The entire staff does a fantastic job at creating an inviting atmosphere. Mitch’s Downtown a great place to bring friends and family. Love it here!
