I recently hired MLA Environmental for an asbestos test for one of our construction projects in Laguna Woods. Jeff from MLA responded promptly to my inquiry and scheduled the test quickly. The results were returned promptly, and Jeff sent over the asbestos report shortly afterward. We were satisfied with the service, so much so that our client requested Jeff to conduct three additional tests in different areas of their home. Overall, I'm pleased with the service provided by MLA Environmental.

Technicians are helpful, however the rest of company sucks. They sent us a lawsuit regarding missing payment, when they knew from the beginning that our Insurance was responsible for the payments. They never tried to reach out to us, via phone call, email, nothing. Instead, they went through small claims court. Not cool, and will not recommend this company to any friends/family/coworkers. If I could give 0 or negative stars I would. Too bad because of the technicians I worked with did a good job, but it was the after experience that made it horrible.

I used MLA services to detect the mold inside the wall where I suspected its growth because of the history of the leaking pipes. Within 24 hours after the technician took the samples, I got a phone call from Jeff, the owner of MLA, who in details explained to me about their findings and told me to expect an email that consisted of a lab report and his recommendations regarding the treatment for the mold. I would highly recommend MLA Environmental for their professionalism and customer service.

Was lucky to find Jeff Ramsey from MLA Environmental to help us on a recent water heater leak we had at our house. Fortunately he is both a mold and home inspector and found a ton of mold in a closet under the stairs we had totally missed. He walked us through the entire process from the initial inspection, air testing and asbestos test. Then a comprehensive report from the lab where he broke down the results with us and a scope of work for the remediation company.

With the test results in hand we hired a remediation company who did the work and Jeff came back out to do post testing. Fortunately everything was fine and he gave us a clearance report.

Finding someone with his experience, knowledge and patience was wonderful! Highly recommend MLA Environmental for all your environmental testing.
