To date, we’re satisfied with work done. Jon phoned to let us know traffic was delaying his arrival time. He explained what he would be doing, etc. Of course, we haven’t received results from tests he took so we cannot speak about service that comes next. We would not hesitate to recommend him. I had a terrible water leak in the house that resulted in the roof to my basement falling to the floor and mold setting up. There were multiple catastrophes in that single event. I immediately called in PuroClean to do the cleaning out but would need to have the air quality tested to ensure that it was ready for the rebuilding process. The name of Jon Given was the first on the list of environmental testing services, so I arranged with him to come out to evaluate.
Jon Given did a great job of evaluating the house after the clean out was performed. Both firms have done a fantastic job, were delights to work with, and have made dealing with this otherwise horrific situation as pleasant as it could be! Jon is a life saver. Have been dealing with a musty smell in our bathroom for months now after a leak repair. Everyone in the home was experiencing cold symptoms ever since so we decided get the home inspected for mold. We found MMTS through referrals from friends that lived in Pennsylvania and Maryland. The initial phone consultation was very helpful and informative. Jon came over and inspected the entire home and gave us tips on other repairs. He took samples and after a few days he was able to pinpoint black mold that was growing inside our bathroom walls and ceiling. He walked us through the entire process on how to remediate the situation. When the contractors came to open the wall we were able to see all the black toxic mold inside the wall and ceiling cavities that were basically making everyone sick.
