Modern Comfort did a wonderful job replacing my AC system. He informed me about types of units and potential rebates.
Armando and his crew showed up on time, were very courteous and professional. The job site was left very clean, and the install was pretty quick.
Modern Comfort gave me a reasonable estimate (I shopped a few HVAC companies, including Costco) and I got a name brand unit at a good price.

Our AC stopped working at the beginning of this crazy heat wave. I called Modern Comfort and Air and Armando immediately came out to troubleshoot. First of all, Armando has great customer service and is very knowledgeable. He explained everything step by step and walked me through my options. He was super nice and I never felt like I was pressured into anything. Armando and his crew replaced my entire system within a couple days. His team is very detail oriented, very courteous, very knowledgeable and very respectful of our home. I am truly impressed with the attention to detail and craftsmanship that Armando and his team demonstrate. Thank you Armando and team for getting us back up and running in a very reasonable time. I contacted Modern Comfort and Air for a quote for installing a new heat pump to replace my old furnace and AC unit. Armando contacted me promptly and scheduled an appointment to review the project. He provided me with all the pros and cons of the system I wanted to install, which ultimately helped me decide. Armando was also very knowledgeable about the existing regulations and credits that the government offers to help upgrade this type of equipment. Since I was in the middle of getting other quotes from other contractors, Armando waited for me to make a decision. He never pressured me and was very professional when he followed up with me. I never felt he was pushing me to make my decision. Finally, we agreed to start the project; the installation process was easy. I like how Modern Confort and Air present all the information so you understand all the steps to complete the project. Armando gave me a completion day, and the crew completed the installation on time. I finished the project way before summertime, so I didn't use the system after a couple of months, but when I did, Armando reached out the time to follow up that everything was working fine. I had a minor issue with a component, and Armando came the next day to fix it. I was impressed by the excellent customer service and urgency of Modern Comfort and Air to back their work. I waited all summer to post this review and am pleased to say that my equipment didn't have any issues, even after one of the worst heat waves we have had in recent years. I'm very thankful I decided to go with Modern Comfort and Air.

This company is the real deal when it comes to professionalism. My condenser stopped turning on with my thermostat, was in the 90s in my house and I have a 1 year old who is burning up. I called a 1st a/c guy and he was telling me it was a motherboard issue, took the unit apart and left to do other calls. I was so pissed that he didn't finish (told me he would "get back with a time and date"), I called Modern Comfort and Air. Right away the tech was on it. Courteous and responsive, he looked at the issue, figured out what the real issue was, and stayed till the problem was fixed. This is what we should expect out of our service companies. They have my business as long as the are in business, give them a try, and you'll feel the same.

Armando from Modern Comfort and Air recently replaced 3 ton AC system at most competetive rate at scheduled time. He explained options for replacement. He also took care of one post install issue due to clog in connected sink pipe very promptly, which is not related to original install.
