I had to do a drug screen for my new job and dreaded going due to horrible experiences with other places (in Phoenix) in the past. I walked in and was kindly greeted and helped immediately. There were about 10 other people in the waiting room but I was only there for about 20 minutes from the time I walked in till the time I walked back out. Quick, easy and you can tell they truly care for everyone who enters their office.

My granddaughter who is all of 2 and I were in there for a test for me for employment and she got violently ill. She vomited everywhere, on me, herself and the floor. The staff not only came to our aid with true concern and compassion but they even gave me scrubs to wear home. I could not be any more appreciative than I am to the staff. When you think true customer care, these ladies have it. Thank you so much

I had went to go take a drug test for a second job. Sitting there with 3 other people that was there 5 mins before me. All we seen for 45 mins is people walking around passing us by. People who came and got their medication came before us. One worker that was walking around told the lady in the front just yell for her if she needs help. Because she don't want to get up if she don't have too.... So after a 45 mins wait I was late for work. They need better service. Faster i should say.

My first visit was a nightmare! The tall lady with darker wavy hair was extremely rude. She pushed my head down and cut a HUGE square chunk from the back of my head. The second visit was much better but I wouldn't recommend this facility if you don't have to use it!

They have several different tests that they can do to test your well water and tell you if it is safe to drink. And they are always super helpful every time that I need them to test water for a VA home loan.
