We had a great experience with Tom and his team. ‘I have been putting off my basement issues for years but the mold problem keeps getting worse- go figure. I called several companies but their mold testing services were very expensive and I did not see the value in the solutions they were offering. I am very pleased with Tom McGuire and his crew of guys at Moisture Science Environmental. I had Tom come inspect several mold spots in my basement and he was very thorough. He also revealed to me that there were many other mold areas that I didn’t even see (and neither did the previous company I had out for an inspection) that could be affecting the air quality for me and my wife. I hired him to do the complete mold remediation and as I result I have peace of mind. Would highly recommend!

Tom came out to my home to evaluate AND educate me on the dangers of the black mold he had located inside of the ac units. I was not certain if I had any type of issue to be concerned about (I had never checked, or thought to check, the ac units for mold as I was always instructed to just clean the filter when the light comes on), but Tom reassured me he would check everything out and he was thorough.
Scheduling with Tom was super easy and quick, and he has excellent communication. Very nice gentleman and is very sound in the knowledge of his trade.
I highly recommend reaching out to Tom with any concerns you may think you have! He will hear you out, not waste your time, and he even provided excellent advice outside of this issue.
I can’t thank Tom enough - I’ve been ill for 3 months and the cause has not been found by any hospitals, but I believe this may have been the problem all along!!

Tom and his team did a fantastic job for my family!! After a sewage line in my crawl space busted and caused a mess we couldn’t handle on our own. I wanted to utilize the attic space in my home for more than just storage, but was unsure of where to begin with the mess when I attempted a clean out. Tom McGuire inspected the space, worked with me, and came up with a plan that I felt addressed my concerns. Tom and crew were a pleasure to work with! We were surprised when the house we were purchasing came back with mold on the inspection report. Tom talked us through the process and likely outcome and cost prior to our final purchase and then came out to inspect the house after closing. He even squeezed us in as he knew we were waiting to move in until the mold was cleared. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained the whole process to us. Would highly recommend!
