Mold Reporters are the pinnacle of professionalism when it comes to home inspection. We found an enormous amount of mold growing in the attic of the place we were renting. Immediately our concern for the kids health was elevated significantly. Mold Reporters testing was thorough AND revealing, so helpful. Amy & Peter came out mid 2020 due to nasty odors from my crawlspace. They suited up, she went under my house. Anytime a professional mold detective who spends a LOT of time inspecting says "well, I've seen worse", you know she's being nice but you have gross things. She gave me a VERY detailed report with photos and then offered to help me find folks qualified to abate my crawlspace from years of rodent/critter predation and a bit of a moisture problem. The folks she referred were great & obviously held Mold Reporters in high esteem. They both mentioned Mold Reporters having high standards and doing follow up re-checks after abatement which apparently is over & above the norm. Would I hire Mold Reporters again? YES! She spent a lot of time answering my questions and concerns and would get back to me via email or phone within a day.

Very hard to get ahold of anyone in this office. Even more difficult to get a straight answer about testing and inspection strategies. Interesting to hang up mid-conversation because you don’t want to explain what is involved with an inspection. We worked with this company once before on a purchase inspection but never going to again.
