Just had my roof replaced by momentum solor sub contractors. No leaks however all the gutter guards I replaced over a year ago are destroyed! I also noticed some of the new shingles are damaged? See photos! Stay away im now concerned about the solor panel installation if I wont have issues there either. I know there is an issue with. Getting billsfrom eversource and Dividend for the same month? Update: Two weeks have past contacted the parties involved and still no one took action? Bad feeling about this Company! Next week im seeking legal consultation.

My dealings with Momentum Solar were positive from the beginning. The salesman was up front with all of my questions (and I had a lot), I had a pretty good idea as to what I wanted, and their guidance got me to where I was satisfied. Follow up was excellent, even with the late hours that I contacted my rep. Installation crew was very professional, knew what they were doing. System installed in one day as promised. I changed the plan a few times to maximize my output, and they were patient with that. Just waiting for the electric company to activate it now.

They just left and the installation only took 3 1/2 hours.
My yard is neat and the crew just flowed along.
Now I wait for an inspection (5/4/2023) and then my old utilities company gets the pleasure of turning on the connection.
The person working with me, is staying until the very last step is completed.
He’s not going to abandon me because the panels are installed.
I think this company has a few minor hiccups in schedule change, but overall, they are excellent.

Jon was great. He wae able to help my family save so much money! He explained the whole process and answered all of our questions. Momentum is great. I would highly recommend Jon and the rest of his team. He even showed ne how I can make some extra money using their solar connect app.

Unsure if the actual service they provide, but they are the worst in the aspect of their repetitive calling. I expressed NUMEROUS times to stop calling me, I’m not interested, take me off your list. They call DAILY, multiple times per day. They use different phone numbers, at this point I have blocked literally ElEVEN different numbers. They now call from different “Healthcare” number, so this makes me think it’s an actual healthcare provider, or one of my professional contacts as I work in healthcare. Worse than debt collectors. If you provide an excellent service, you would not have to utilize predatory and harassing business practices. If someone says “no thank you” numerous times, leave them alone!!!

How exciting!

At last, we have completed our Solar project with Momentum! Everything was determined, designed, installed, inspected, approved, and energized. We now harness the Power of Sol herself! I type the words utilizing energy harvested this very day!
