We had a sales person come to our door and I scheduled an appointment in the case my husband would be interested in hearing about their product. After talking with my husband, he was not interested so I called to cancel the appointment. I spent 7 minutes on the phone kindly requesting my appointment be cancelled, the rep on the phone assured me he would cancel the appointment but then continued to try to pitch me/force me to have the appointment. It was not until I got rude and assertive (in which he then got rude) that my appointment was finally cancelled. I would not be surprised if they still show up tomorrow. So frustrating and unprofessional. You should not feel forced into a product or have to PLEAD for a cancellation.

Pure harassment! Much like others who have made honest reviews. Had a door knocker come to the house and I showed no interest. Days later I get a phone call to see if there was any interest, still answered with no. Second call comes in, and salesman is very cool initially but then when he seen that I wasn’t budging. He then abruptly hangs up. Since then I have received at least one call a day. No I have resorted to blocking momentum solar as soon as I begin to be called again. At this point I am being harassed. So no I’m ready to sue them through the (TCPA) telephone consumer protection act. Highly recommended others do the same.

Same complaints as everyone else but I have one more issue. As a professional that has worked, managed and trained sales people please for the love of god help your ppl with their pitch. I was called “bro” atleast 10 times during the conversation with your rep. I’m not your reps bro. He was every bit of 20 I’m a 45 year old business owner. Business isn’t sold it’s earned and off verbiage alone you all received a hard no. Please never come by my house again.

We initially set up an appointment after a door knock sales pitch. Upon attempting to cancel the appointment, the individual who called to confirm the appointment would not take no for an answer (after 3 repeated no’s my husband hung up). The company then proceeded to still send a poor sales girl to our door at the original appointment time, who was very kind and understanding given the situation, and now has repeatedly called us despite our firm lack of interest and request to be removed from the call list. Each time the number is blocked they call from a new number. We gave them a few weeks to properly stop calling before writing this review, which is completely based on their refusal to listen to “no”. The only good part about this company was how kind the people at the door were, the over the phone help is awful.

At this point this is pure harassment. Multiple calls since last March! People coming every other month to pitch us a sale despite us telling them multiple times we’re not interested as well as calling them to take us off their call list. I’ve had to silence all my unknown calls (gets annoying if I’m expecting an important call) just because these people won’t leave me alone.

Read through your contract fully!! Even have a professional read through it before signing. They didn’t do a good job of going through everything with us! Be careful to lease or buy panels!!

I had some teen come to my house, who seemed under the influence. Took me telling him 10 times that I wasn't interested to get him to leave. Diabolical behavior. Im sure this get deleted but buyers be aware
