Didn’t send me a notice for backflow testing only gave me two day notice to get backflow checked person. I spoke to was very disrespectful.

wow !! nice people good workers. These are the greatest people you’ll ever meet . they really know how to fix your water meter I had my water meter broken for five years until they came and fixed it I really love it here.

The employees don’t pay attention to detail so make sure you confirm that what you called for is being taken care of before hanging up. Absolutely no help, not even from the manager. I called to get my service extended 6 days and got my water shut off the next morning. I called and they were trying to charge me to reconnect when I had clearly called the day before to make sure my water wouldn’t be disconnected.

The short guy with the hat I had a bad experience with him he came and told I had to move my bird cages because it was bad having them close to the water system I think he just did not want my cages close to him but I dont like him He saw on another ocassion he said Hi to me I did not say anything don't like you short guy with the montevista hat also one more thing next time you come to shut off our water next time ask for permission to come into the property we have dogs here if our dogs get out and they get hit by the cars, WE ARE GOING TO SUE YOU!!!!

What is going on with our water? It's not only yellow, it smells. I have to take a lot of pills for various medical conditions and can't even do that with our nasty water, I have to buy bottled water. It's not right 😡

My water comes out yellow . I have called and was told this is normal and safe for my kids to drink . We asked for someone to come test the water. No resolution . This yellow water is what I'm paying for

Everytime I have been to the Monte Vista water the people there have been very helpful and kind to me that's why I go and pay my bill in person never have I had any problems
