We recently moved to Tucson from Ohio. My mom visited for the first time and wanted to buy me a palm tree for our property as a Christmas gift. We were lucky enough to find Johnny at Moon Valley Nursery. He took the time to show us all around the property on a gator. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We ended up getting the cutest pineapple palm tree I’ve ever seen! He also gave us his phone number to call with any questions with planting and caring for our new palm. We will be back for any future landscaping needs. I highly recommend Moon Valley Nursery to anyone in the Tucson/Phoenix area. Ask for Johnny!The best!!

We planted three dwarf citrus trees recently, two of which we purchased from Moon Valley Nurseries. The other nursery planted their tree two weeks before the ones from Moon Valley.

I was amazed how much healthier the trees from Moon Valley are, and we received wonderfully detailed care instructions from the sale representative, Richard, and the planting crew chief, Jeremy.

Their customer care representative, Dolly, checked with me both before the tree delivery and one week after delivery to ensure I was completely satisfied.

I highly recommend Moon Valley Nursery for its product selection, customer service and detailed care information. Richard, Jeremy and Dolly were friendly and truly wanted to provide us with the best possible products for our new home!

I can't say enough great things about Moon Valley Nursery! After a couple smaller trees not making it due to our extreme heat & shock, they kindly planted a larger tree for us & extended the care agreement!
Everyone I dealt with was very polite & courteous including all the crew.

We recently purchased a second tree from Moon Valley. We’d lost a tree and we were looking for a replacement. Carlos reached out to us after finding the perfect tree and put me in touch with Jake. Jake took the time to come out and evaluate the location to ensure it would be the right fit.
Carlos and his crew were great! The tree had to be craned in and none of our landscaping was disturbed. Can’t say enough about Carlos, Jake and the Moon Valley support staff.

Dave helped us pick this Hong Kong Orchid tree for our yard. It was on sale so that was a bonus. Delivery/planting was scheduled about a month out, and then the wrong tree was delivered, so minus one star for that. The rescheduled delivery date of the correct tree was one week later. The tree was planted very quickly and it looks great.

From the time I first started working with Adam for the design of my backyard to when Carlos delivered the 12 trees, the process has been great.

They listened to what I wanted and worked within my budget and now I have the beginnings of an amazing backyard.

I highly recommend Moon Valley nursery if you are looking for a mature backyard in minimum time.

Just had Jeremy and his crew plant several more trees. The backyard is now complete and we couldn't be more thrilled! We have over 60 trees, shrubs, and vines from them

It has been 3 months since our first moon valley experience and I'd give 6 stars if I could. There was a little snag with a specific tree but Alex and his team went the extra mile to make sure I was happy

From our initial conversation and visit with Richie to Carlos and his crew coming for the installation - we've been thoroughly impressed with the service that has carried through every aspect of our purchase. Carlos and crew made sure we were 100% pleased with tree placement and made sure our questions were addressed. They were respectful of our property and left our yard in the condition it was prior to planting. Thanks for an outstanding experience. Well done!
