They were great! I called about my washing machine and they came out a day later. Looked the machine over decided what needed to be done and ordered the parts right away. They were back in a couple of days and replaced the part. They also had some great advise on how to care for my machine. Thank you!

Our dryer went out on Monday and it was fixed by Wednesday - Whirlpool dryer with the error message was F70. John and Chris had it fixed in a very short time. They arrived at the scheduled time. It turned out it was communication error of some kind - a loose but not broken wire. Explained the newer dryers use copper - this one was steel. They also vacuumed out a lot of stuff.
$110 - a lot less expensive than a new dryer would be.

Erica was great when scheduling my repair appointment. I had a horrible debacle with the Sears repair man the previous day. They never showed up and I tried multiple numbers only to get a very unhelpful bot. It’s nice supporting or local business.

John arrived a few minutes early. After saying hello our protective dog warmed up to him. The problem turned out to be user stupidity but he didn’t point that out and while here did point out very dangerous situation with central gas burner. Very satisfied!
