Exactly as it appears it is a simple motel in a small town with the basics of what you need. mini fridge *beds *bathroom *towels*front desk very friendly* there is also a barbecue and picnic area and a little fenced in garden space. There's plenty of parking. The mountain breeze Motel is a very quiet, peaceful little motel in a peaceful town.

We stayed here for one week. Awesome service. Good price. Very nice clean room. Never got woke up by outside noise. I highly recommend this motel and will be back again.

Older property but a good location along highway 17. I believe it's over priced but you have limited choices. Beds are comfy, showers are hot and the place is clean.

The good:
Location is terrific for anything in Black Canyon. Bed was comfortable. Heat worked great. It was very quiet. Free parking right outside your door. Full-size refrigerator was great. Dish detergent was supplied.

The bad:
Tub didn’t hold water. Peel and stick floor tiles were awful. No dish towels, very little silverware and plates, had to ask for skillet and saucepan. No spatula or hamburger turner. Stove burners and oven desperately need cleaned so they won’t smoke. WiFi was pretty useless. Owner/manager is not service oriented at all.

I loved this hotel. Older, but very clean and well-maintained. Hot water, good air conditioning. Comfortable beds. Good location, near Phoenix but out of traffic. Lots of parking space if you have a trailer. Kind and helpful owner. And we got to meet the office cat! ❤️

A simple yet down to earth honey place to stay. The room turned out to be like a small one bedroom apartment(includes a small kitchen) we are enjoying our stay here for a few days.

The Mountain Breeze was a good place to stay, simple clean and comfortable accommodations. The room was very clean. Alex the owner was very courteous and helpful. Access The Mountain Breeze is an easy on and off from interstate 17.
The community was nice and quite.
There a couple of places to grab a bite and a drink. A nice break from the hustle and bustle. We had a great nice sleep. To top things off the place was affordably price. I would definitely stay here again.
