Our 20 plus year old furnace had issues and after contacting 3 companies we decided to go with Mountain Comfort. We met the owner, Chuck on our estimate. He was great. Adam and Hagen arrived for our install on time and stayed way past 7pm to finish the job. Both were polite and cordial. 100 percent satisfied and a wonderful experience. I have to say this company is top notch for our area. They worked overtime with my home warranty company to get my furnace replacement approved and almost completely covered by warranty. Mountain Comfort responded promptly when we were having issues with our heater. They got us a quote that was fair and got the new unit ordered right away. Adam and Hagen showed up on time for the installation and worked all day and late into the evening. They were hard workers, respectful and polite. Great service all around. I used Mountain Comfort Heating for the first time. They were a referral. My forced air 20 yr old unit was not working. Jen, in the office, was able to send Caleb, the tech, over that afternoon. The old unit needed a part that had to be ordered. When it came in they put me as a priority to get my heat back on. Cade and Thomas provided Friendly, professional, reliable service. Josh did an excellent job. A caring and thoughtful technician, with high level expertise.
My daughter called me in tears because her furnace stopped working and when she returned from work, her place was cold. I was away and Josh was the only person willing to come help her, he arrived right away. By the time Josh left, my daughter had peace of mind, a priceless gift to a father.
