She was available throughout the planning stages to offer suggestions or direct us to vendors. Great communication throughout and we had a very relaxed sense of calm during an otherwise (potentially) stressful event. She reassured, took the reigns so we could all enjoy the big day! Very much appreciated her direction throughout the day and taking charge of handling set up and communicating with other vendors. At the end of the night, she ensured any personal items were safely returned, coordinated with caterer to see that the venue was left clean and even went the extra step to package a couple of dinners for the bride & groom (in case they hadn’t had a chance to enjoy their meals! ?). Nikki was great - thank you!!

Nikki with MTE is a wonderful and talented event planner. She is with you every step of the way, with clear communication and makes you feel at ease leading up to the big day. My hubby and I clicked with her immediately and knew we would be in great hands. She executed our ideas and made our wedding day a dream come true! It literally was the perfect wedding at the Ritz Carlton Lake Tahoe. She’s on top of it and was prepared with heaters just as the temp was falling approaching the end of September. We’ll definitely be utilizing her for other events we have near the Truckee/Lake Tahoe area.
