Entered and nearly barfed. Place is filthy, carpets have so much nastiness in them it's insane! I was expecting rats or bugs to crawl across it at any moment, honestly. The washers are grimy and need to be pulled apart it seems just to clean them correctly. The dryers have caked-on material on the metal in the back of some of the units. Place needs some TLC elbow grease!

This is a very nice laundry! Clean and comfortable. (This old lady appreciates the AC and the chairs.) The only drawback was no masks on anyone except me. Apparently all folks are vaccinated or immune here.

I've frequently done laundry at this facility over the past two years and was always satisfied with the price and the quality of there machines . They have recently updated alot of there equipment and keep the place clean. I've never had any kind of problem there. The owner aprroched myself and other patrons my last visit and offered soft drink or water on a hot day . I thought that way pretty nice. I'll keep going back

Just had such a disappointing experience with Jessica. I spoke with her (she’s an attendant at the laundromat) and asked if I could get a phone number to contact the owner. I work for an add agency and wanted to post a small poster about a new free tutoring program that the local library system is offering. She told me to call the laundromat number and leave a message. I asked her what that was and she said she didn’t know. I showed her how it’s not posted anywhere. I asked is there any number I can have to contact them and she so no, that I’m not important enough for them to talk to me. That they make so much more money on other things, they’re not going to want to waste their time with me. She repeated, you can just leave a message, and I said, but there is no number. She started yelling saying I don’t know what you’re not getting and then literally said she was going to call the cops on me. I was not rude, did not raise my voice, I was just trying to find a way to solve it, and she became extremely aggressive.

I went first thing in the morning. It was quiet and the place looked and smelled clean.

Some of the machines smelled like mildew, but I found some that I felt were pretty clean. Two of the top loading machines were visibly dirty on the inside. Also, many of the larger machines needed to have the areas where you put the detergent/softener/bleach clearly needed to be flushed with hot water as the buildup on the sides was pretty gross.

Big washers and dryers! Prices are fair. Open good hours. Normally very clean unless it gets late on a busy day, then it's normal wear and tear. Stays cool enough to do your laundry. They have a t.v. and a soda vending machine which is nice to keep the kids occupied. I love going to this laundromat. The manager is very nice and down to earth. My clothes ran past closing time and she never said anything about it.She let me finish instead of kicking me out.

Owner is very nice, have seen on a few occasions then giving away free soda to the customers. She can came in at 9pm to refund my money for a machine that was "broke", (i didn't shut door all the way?). Only down fall is the washers aren't always the cleanest, but that could just be prior uses, not owners fault

I dig this laundromat more than the other two I've used in Redding. I never have to wait for a washer or dryer, there's always some free. I like that in the smaller room with only dryers, there's a little free library on the shelf. I'm a bookworm and I think that having that in there is a great idea. Only criticism I have, and it's not meant to be harsh, is that the washers need a good cleaning. There's a bunch of worker dudes doing their laundry here and it leaves quite a bit of dirt and debris in them. I've been coming here for a couple months now and it's pretty much my preferred spot.
