I gave a 2 star rating due to the expensive nightly rate and lack of basic amenities. The concept of the shower being within the bathroom (no curtain/tub/glass) leaves a wet mess and then trying to get ready, you're walking all over a wet floor. The floor eventually dries but not until later. The beds are stiff and uncomfortable and only come with 2 pillows. When I asked for extra pillows at the front desk, I was told they just gave away their last one(s). I don't understand how such a well-known hotel chain doesn't account for enough pillows.
The website advertises AC in the rooms which doesn't cool to the desired temperature. Even opening the window didn't help.
This was our first time in Frankfurt so I wasn't familiar with the area when booking. It's about a 15-20 minute drive to the popular shopping area on Ziel for reference.

Overall, the appearance of the hotel is nice but I would not recommend staying here.

Nice hotel with good breakfast. You also can enjoy your meals and drinks in cozy garden.
Appreciate Christy (receptionist) and other staff members for a nice customer service, they are very friendly and pleasant peoples.
Location is not top best for commuting to downtown, but the positive side that I didn’t saw homeless people in this area

The hotel looks quite hip; v strange for a business district. The rooms are OK size, however no bins provided in the room nor wardrobes. A few hooks on the wall with a full size painting of a woman - quite unnecessary. No tea/coffee station is a crime in this day and age! For the high room rate breakfast should be included - I have never paid 21 euro's for a breakfast anywhere, as good as it may be. Don't think we will be staying again.

Very nice place, rooms are clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and quick. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices.
Parking is save.
Would recommend
EDIT: After reading other reviews who mentioned that staff walks in the rooms without giving time to react, I can confirm this. It happened to me too.

I stayed at Moxy for two nights. Staff was very friendly. Parking situation in the garage was very crowded leaving me no space for the night. This was very annoying since I arrived late and was dependent on the car. Rooms are clean and modern but rather small. Lots of outside noises during the night and early morning. Breakfast buffet is simple but good.

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR SAFETY AS A WOMAN. In June, one of the staff members knocked on my door and walked in while I was completely naked. They barley gave me a chance to say do not come in. We locked eyes out of shock and we stared at each other for what felt like forever. I told them to get out and they did not move probably because they were in shock. I told them to leave again and the person did not move. Finally after a few minutes they walked out my hotel room. I am a single woman and I take my safety very seriously. I should not have to worry about the staff coming into my room when I am completely naked. I told this to the staff at the front desk, the manager, and Marriott customer service. They opened up a case. I took my trip back in June and over 4 weeks later I have not been contacted, apologized to, or compensated in any way. I will never stay here again. This is so unprofessional. I can't believe the way I have been treated. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I have been a Marriott Titanium member previously. I am an international business traveler and I work on multi-million dollar IT projects. I have never been treated like this at any other Marriott property I have stayed at in the past.

I had written a 4 star review however deleted it and have now put in a 2 star review due to poor service.|The hotel is modern and our family room is large although does not have basic facilities such as a safe, a kettle and charging ports on both sides of the bed. Mattress is far too soft and springy also. There is also one small very soft pillow for each person which is definitely not enough. Before going out for the evening I asked for more pillows and was advised they would be taken straight up. Came back around 9.30pm and no extra pillows. I was not feeling well and wanted to go to bed so went back and asked again and the girl on reception said she would bring them up in 5 mins. This was an hour and 15 mins ago and I am still waiting. I can't go to sleep until I get them and will need to go and ask again for a third time. Very poor service especially when the room is not cheap.|Decent location, around 10 mins on tram into centre, tram stop right outside. Good car park at €17 per night.|Would not recommend due to points mentioned above.

No closets, but otherwise great!!
Good for value when you book early. Staff are wonderful, friendly and very accommodating. Also smooth communication without any German 🙂
The atmosphere is very fun and colorful.
Right next to a tram stop (11). ~25-30 mins from the main train station (Hbf).
Good food options nearby and delivery services (Wolt, Uber eats) works very well + delivers to the room.
