I have always had great experiences with MPE Services. The fan motor went down on my HVAC UNIT. Called this morning at 9:30. It is now 1:15 and they have completed the repair!! You can not beat that.

Dennis from MPE Services came out to the house and did a fantastic job with some electrical work. I had some stresses going on with another company and Dennis was on time, professional, communicated well and did a great job fixing my problem. Logan did a fantastic job with re-plumbing our home. Most of it by himself (because his helper got sick). His helper was there for the last day and was great also. They both were very friendly and professional. They cleaned up, swept and mopped afterwards. would recommend MPE!

Another fantastic experience with Shoals MPE! My guys went WAY over and above to deliver exactly what I was needing! Drove over an hour to get here and worked non stop to get my appliances in! They were meticulous and cleaned up after themselves. 100% recommended!!!

We have used MPE on multiple occasions for furnace, hvac, and plumbing issues. We have never had a good experience. They are unreliable and always later than they say from our experience. They send a different person out every time you call. We have had inexperienced technicians on several occasions that didn’t seem to know what they were doing. This is just my honest experience.
We had repairs done a year ago and the work they did failed. I now have a leaking hole in my bedroom ceiling and they refuse to own up to the poor work that was done.
