We love the courteous, friendly, efficient, and effective service provided by your knowledgeable plumber, Donovan, who has come out to.our house and provided plumbing services four or five times in the last four years. He explains everything on advance and tries to save us as much money as possible. There have 9never been any long delays in getting him out to the house, and his completes his work quickly and very well. I have had nothing but positive experiences with Mr. Rooter, and highly recommend them for Southern Arizona householders.

They are fantastic!!! Donovan was on time, explained exactly how he was going to install our plumbing for our washer in our shed. He was very careful and did an outstanding job. Mr Rooter could give lessons on how to treat customers and do wonderful work at a very fair price!!! Thank you so much!!!

Mr. Rooter is absolutely fantastic! Our toilets and shower were not draining rather suddenly. They came out within two hours of us calling. Donovan Tompkins (Donny) was extremely knowledgeable, incredibly helpful, and an absolute professional. Our problem was a blockage near the septic tank. Initially it looked much worse. Donny gave us a total of three estimates for the work he expected to do. He came back the next day with an additional person to help dig up the septic tank. They had the problem diagnosed and fixed in a few hours. They showed me the video of where the problem was and made recommendations of what would need to be done now and options that could improve our system into the future. It ended up costing a fraction of what we had originally expected. I will definitely be calling Mr. Rooter if we ever have any other plumbing issues.

Very professional service. Had a problem with water pressure in my shower. They (Donovan did the work) replaced the (15 year old) shower fixture and generally brought the supply pipes and connections back to working order. Installation was very well done, not just enough to fix the original problem (great water pressure now) but also to make sure the problem didn't come back. Very pleased with the work and would highly recommend this company.

A few years ago we purchased and had a no name hot water heater installed by them. I had wanted a larger heater installed - same size as we had - and was told we didn't need one. Within a month or so, in doing laundry, showers etc found we really DID need the larger tank! (We have since figured out that they wanted to use what they already had on the truck.)
When I called to complain I was told we should have gotten the larger heater if that was what we wanted..Foolishly we listened to the "professional"...
At that time we spent $100 for their Advantage Plan which has done us zero good.
Then today I called them first thing in the morning with an emergency - the drains were ALL backing up. Even tho they say 24/7 service, we were told they had no openings until next week...7 days from now. And that there would be $100 for the service call.
That would have meant no toilet flushing, no laundry, no dish washing, no showers...nothing for a week. Seriously? They first told me they didn't have any technicians, and later told me they had no "openings" on their schedule. Which is it?
Called around and had a wonderful and highly rated company come out and fix everything within hours at a reasonable price. Will use them for several other projects we have.
As for Mr. Rooter: Look elsewhere.

This was a home warranty job. Because of our location in Hereford, every plumber was "out of network". It took me a month to even get 2 plumber companies to come out and survey the work needed to be done. Both companies were close in estimates. Mr. Rooter (specifically our technician, Donovan) communicated the best of what needed to be done and the unknowns. That is why we chose them. Even the home warranty company commented that they responded and knowledge power like/better than their "in network" companies. We have other non warranty work still to be done and we will be contacting them directly in the future.

Setting my appointment was quick and Donovan was on time and very informative. The work was done quickly and it fixed the problem I had with the shower. I would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter and would also use them again in the future.
