I contacted Mr. Rooter on a late Saturday and received same-day service, which was a lifesaver since all the other companies I called had no availability. Mr. Rooter truly came to the rescue! Mr Rooter came to the rescue. Within a week of purchasing a home we began to have plumbing blockage issues.

Enter Matt from Mr. Rooter. He came out to clear the blockage and found our main line was almost completely blocked due to scale build up. Matt was clear and honest about what we were looking at as far as options. Adam from Mr Rooter arrived at my home shortly thereafter and provided the quote for a pretty large job.

Adam reviewed financing options as we just purchased the home and cash flow was tight.

The job was completed mostly in one afternoon, with some finishing touches the next day. This was MY error. I gave them very little notice and they still pulled together a crew (volunteered to come in on their day off), worked into the evening, and did a fanatic job.

A big part of the confidence we felt was the fact Matt was there every minute of the job. He was a wonderful liaison between the work being done and communication with us. In fact they gave me so much confidence during that job I also had Matt install a Halo5 water conditioning system. (Highly recommend also!)

These big costs are just part of home ownership. It’s never fun. Considering the justifiable cost of the project, the overall experience was actually pleasurable. Thank you, Matt.

I cannot recommend Matt and Adam enough. I overheard Matt on the phone with Adam and the sentence “yeah, we need to do what is right for the customer” pretty much explains why I will go nowhere else.

Mr. Rooter Plumbing has a great team of workers, Jose, Enrique. Ricardo and Hector all worked very hard to remove and replace pipes that had been clogged with roots which invaded my plumbing pipes. A very good job was done with very polite workers. Thank you Mr. Rooter

I'm leaving a new review since there doesn't appear to be an option to reply to your previous response.
The fact that it took you an entire year-365 days-to respond to my initial review reflects poorly on your company's responsiveness and commitment to customer service. This kind of delay comes across as unprofessional and neglectful.
The level of service l've experienced has been the worst l've encountered in any industry. Despite your claims, no one from your company has reached out to me to address the issues I raised, and the vague response I received-"I've called"-lacks accountability. Who are you? Why is there no name attached to this account or why didn’t you disclose your name? It only reinforces the perception that your company doesn't take customer concerns seriously.
As I mentioned in my original review, everyone we worked with assured us that our insurance would cover everything. Yet, this was false. Making promises you cannot keep is misleading and unethical. Even my own insurance broker has confirmed that your company has a reputation for taking advantage of honest, hardworking people who are simply trying to repair their homes.
If your work were truly backed by your so-called
"Done Right Promise," we wouldn't have had to pay an additional $4,000 for another plumber to fix the poor-quality job you left us with. Your company's actions have not only cost us financially, but they've also eroded any trust we might have had in your ability to deliver on your promises.

It’s been about 2 weeks since my job was completed, I needed a pipe replace inside my garage floor. They showed me the pipe on camera which indeed was rusting badly, so long story short, they did a fantastic job with digging up the floor and refilling the hole once done and I am very satisfied with the work I received, I would definitely recommend them to anyone for any job, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

Very professional and reliable. Called in the evening for a sewage clog and they came early the next morning. Ricardo was professional, polite and explained the issues before fixing the problem. After the drain was unclogged, he gave me preventive tips to ensure the clog issue will not happen again. Will call again for any future plumbing issues and request for Ricardo if available.
