I called today June 29, 2024. A worker came to my location and inspected the unit. The worker stated the system is working properly, but the blower motor is bad. The worker also said the blower motor is under warranty, but the cost would be $975.00 to replace the blower motor. To replace a blower motor is $975?! And, it’s under warranty? I would like to speak to the owner in relation to this.

Update: It is now July 4th. So, after posting this review on June 29, 2024, I got a call and a message later that day from the worker on June 29, 2024. The worker said the $975 price was the wrong price, but the $130 I paid that day would be credited towards the correct price. July 2, 2024 I was told it would take 3-4 weeks, which I expressed it was a too long for me especially with the temperatures forecasted in the weather. I then asked the worker if there were any other options because of the heat. I was then offered a universal motor price for $1650, which is just too expensive for me. Throughout the process, I spoke with the person in the office over the phone. I did mention I was a little frustrated partly because of the wrong price that was given at first and other things, but the person on the phone did listen to me and provided me with the opportunity to talk about my experience, so thank you for that. I just wish this all could have been a better experience.

Tech came to our home to inspect an issue we were having, told my parents new parts were needed and one of the parts was $340. I googled the part when I arrived home and most suppliers sell the part for $10-$20. Very disappointed we have been loyal customers to this company for many years, will definitely find new tech for the next time.

These guys are great. Super fast. Super professional. A great value. Their techs showed up the same day and knocked it out of the park. Their guys took temp in a retail store from 95 to 75 at a great price and fast. They we're very professional and did not leave a mess. The office staff was polite on the phone and made it super easy to schedule. I definitely recommend.

Top to bottom this company is top notch ? “very” fast service, great personality’s ? if you need hvac assistance I would recommend these guys without a doubt!! It was the first time we have had them out and they have gained a customer for life ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My family and I are long time customers of MRV. No issues with this visit and the last few visits. The service technician Mark B arrived in a timely manner. Mark was polite and gave us good advice for maintenance. He was careful not to damage the house's roof and finished with good time.

I have tried other companies and the customer service is not the same as MRV. MRV gives me an appointment fast and always answers calls.

Went in as a walk in Cynthia had a tech come out right away. Adam was very professional answer any questions I had fixed my issues. I would definitely recommend this company. Good job team !
