Drove over 2 hours to get my stuff out of the unit just for the key to not work and be charged for "customer" lock to be drilled even though the lock was from the company and was given to me with one (1) key when I first opened the unit. Also just finding out a year later that previous workers were stealing from the units, including mine. The individual working also told me his managers were on vacation, only to tell my mom less than 10 minutes later than he is the manager. Don't use this place, they're not honest with their customers.

ETA after Company Reply: it was not because it was late. They called me saying there had been some thefts "in the area" and asked if I was okay with them putting another lock on it. I wasn't able to get back up there to the unit for several months, unfortunately. They didn't mention the thefts "in the area" was at this facility, much less that it was their own employees.

Shirley was an absolute blessing today. Everything from my first call to putting a lock on the unit was flawless. Shirley and Bob were helpful and easy to work with. Thanks for making this happen so quickly and easily for me. You made life better!! Best of luck with the baby birds coming to you. I will want a picture of the newest species!!

This place takes $10.00 for a deposit as others do but you won't get it back and all I needed my unit for was maybe two to three wks yet pd. up for a whole month and was told that they don't give back deposits. So my question is why would you take my money for a deposit which is to be given back up on leaving and cleaning out the unit all before due date to leave and the lady tells me I can't get my deposit because the computer system was down so I returned a WK later only for her now to tell me they don't deposits back never giving me a reason for telling me that there's a 10 nonrefundable deposit. I mean just strong armed robbed me.

I had 2 storage units there for over a year. When I went to move out either the previous owners or the new owners had helped themselves to my stuff. I made my payments on time every month for over a year. My padlocks were missing and the locks that came on the storage units were not broken. The only keys were with me n the owners as well had a set. All my boxes were tore open. Stuff was missing or broken. My safe that had nothing in it was broken in to. I was never set up for auto pay but somehow they took my payment out of my bank acct without authorization. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!

I've had a storage unit here for over a year and they have been great the whole time. I've never had an issue with leaking or anything else. The staff has always been polite to me when I've had to contact them. Leo has even worked with me once when I fell on hard times and helped me out with the late fees. They even installed security gates which I loved! I really feel like my belongings are safe and secure there.

Great service here and friendly. They very understanding the and will help if you're having issues with the bill due to unforeseen circumstances. Great place here and highly recomend if you need a place to store some stuff.
