Went to register a food cart with the Environmental services department Multnomah County in order to be provided with the permission to operate a sanitary as well as tasty new food cart within the City of Portland, Oregon. The Staff were friendly, supportive and very helpful throughout registering for this free but necessary county service.

The only reason I’m giving them a three star is because the address isn’t correct and the only way I was able to locate the building was by asking people around. The navigation points to a different building, when it’s acually building number 800 (2nd floor) for records, but other than that service was super fast & easy.
