First time here making a delivery of equipment for them first thing in the morning and I was surprised when they told me that I could not use the restroom.I asked him where they went to the restroom and they told me they have employee-only restrooms and since I had been here for hours I had to go really bad! I asked him where he would like me to go and he told me it wasn't his problem.told him that I may have to go in the corner of his parking lot and he told me he would call the police if I did. Nice guy running this place.I guess some human beings are just better than others in the rest of us can run with the dogs.

Junior should not be a manager. Does not know how to handle situations. Lost a long time customer over $800 and THEIR mistake. We have spent way over $800 there. They even closed our account over THEIR mistake. Contractors, do yourselves a favor and find a new supplier. Or better yet, avoid munch supply and junior all together.

Our company made a warranty claim that was accepted and approved by munch supply. A YEAR later i got a call from one of their associates stating that they had messed up the serial number so the warrenty was not paid out. Meaning we owe $800... A YEAR LATER. The next day the manager, junior, calls. Says something totally different. Either junior is a liar or his staff is. Either way, avoid Munch supply!

There supervisor are very reliable and supportive with issues that retains to the parts needed. Had a issue with Elgin location because they didn’t want to take the parts back because I bought them from another location but same supplier.

Beware, they will issue warranty on orders then 1 year later claim that the warranty is invalid expecting payment. They are scammers!

I had 2 deliveries, one to Munch in Alsip and one to this location. My 8 am appointment didnt matter, 2 other semis came and went and i had a partial load...i got unloaded at 1130. My dispatch called 2x to ask them why it was taking so long. I kept getting told 30 more minutes....i also noticed a bag of feces laying on the ground by the dock. I guess the person who was told he couldn't use their restroom compromised .
Ridiculously slow and rude...
Alsip location is fast and courteous

Tight parking lot for tractor trailer and one of the docks was broken. But they were able to work around that very quickly and get us unloaded.
