First let me say that this brand of olives was my family‘s favorite. We would go through about four or five cans a week we like these black olives so much. Unfortunately last Thanksgiving of 2021 the black olives we opened had looked exactly like this can I’m showing you today. It smelled horrible it was extremely oily and had what looks like lard on top. Some of the olives felt rotten and mushy and we’re just falling apart upon touch. Never having had a bad experience before with this brand we ate them during Thanksgiving and all of us got severe diarrhea. Thinking that I done something wrong with the meal I did not suspect the olives but none of us liked the smell of the olives. Later on that week we opened another can of olives and cautiously ate a few. Once again we got diarrhea. The only consistent between those two events was the black olives. I don’t know what has changed in the recipe or process for these hours but they used to smell wonderful before and now stink like some sort of mechanical petroleum oil has been added to them. Since then our family has stopped eating any sort of olive from any company. The large package that we bought from Sams has not been finished and today, after what is it now 4 or 5 months we have not touch them and I have decided to toss them out. I am shocked and amazed that a company like yours will survive with such a shotty dangerous product I stand by my opinion. I will save one can for legal purposes but as a chemist I’m going to test the scope, test it in gas chronometer and find out what’s inside of it that makes people so sick on the Chemical and microbiological level. Whoever changed the process of your product killed your business and maybe many loving customers.

Bought the blue cheese pearls for a get together.
Unfortunately, few liked them. Zero blue cheese taste.
I have had fresh made ones where you can taste both the olive and blue cheese.
These, zero blue cheese flavor..
Would not recommend..

Very kind quality support. Usually we enjoy these olives, however received a carton that was not usable, which Musco believes froze somewhere in the supply chain. It was resolved in such a way that we will continue to give these olives another try.

The employees I dealt with were responsive and understanding. The product will speak for itself over time, but people wise the consumer relations department was great.

I can see that for some strange reason the employees are leaving reviews about what a great place this is to work instead of leaving this week for product reviews like most companies, it seems to falsely drive up their rating. I had a not so pleasant experience in dealing with Melanie when finally after buying numerous bad olive cups over the years, I finally took the time to report it to her. They are quite expensive and I had thought about calling when I got them but then ended up getting caught up in life and never calling or sending them back. Many companies appreciate customer feedback because it lets lets them know where there might be problems in production etc but I was greeted by Melanie with comments like "that would never happen" when trying to give her the product stamp info and "I find that hard to believe " when she misunderstood the fact that I have had issues in the past on numerous occasions. When I tried to then address these issues with her in a respectful and polite way, she ignored me , rushed me right off the phone, without any acknowledgement of making the customer feel worse by letting their company know. My hunch from being treated so poorly is that they really don't care and the valuable time out of my day was a taken and I was treated like I was a real pain to her. Gee, so sorry Melanie.

We love these early California small black olives.
My concern would be - why can't I find the small ones and why "such" a price increase?
I understand prices have to go up.
Have a good day

What an amazing influence one company can have on 100,000 people. Forcing an entire city to endure putrid smelling decay for decades.
