Absolutely be very careful when doing business with these scam artists. They are very notorious in the area for not paying their bills. DC and Dan are the worst. Very dishonest people who owe thousands all over town. I very strongly recommend not to get involved, they will burn you every time. The equipment is also unmaintained and extremely smelly/covered in oil. The plant is also the dirtiest I have ever seen too. BTW their drivers are very rude and unprofessional. They are never on time, they take forever to do their job and don't clean up their messes. I've tried reaching out to the company and to talk with management, it's like talking to a brick. They are worse then the employees they have. The amount they charge for their service does not justify their work! Save yourself a headache and find someone else.

Was a customer at Cinco De Mayo in Old Hickory, while eating my food there was a horrible smell coming from the back kitchen area. Spoke with the manager and requested to have them stop pumping and why they don’t come before business hours. The guy from music city told the manager that he can’t come any earlier because he sleeps. This is unacceptable. This needs to be done before or after business hours. Seeing that your hours are 7-5 and cinco doesn’t open up until 11. There is plenty of time for this to be done before business hours.

I was frantically searching for a business that deals with grease traps. At my job, we have this one particular location that is always having problems with it. I came across this place in a Google search. They were friendly, efficient and got to the job in a timely manner. Bonus is that they didn't leave a mess behind and no wretched after stench! Very impressed with this company. Will continue doing business with them in the future.

Super bad customer service! I called during the lunch time and a lady answered the call. She has really bad attitude and hang up on me. She turnaround and told her coworker that I was cursing her over the phone that that’s why she hang up! So I called again this guy answered and told me that I was cursing on that lady over the phone. Which is ridiculous! No business ethics. I cancelled my appointment and will not want their service any more!
