He underbid a job due to not being able.to access the house before my daughter purchased it and instead of adding on to the invoice and charging us extra, he just got rid of the mold because it was the right thing to do. We will definitely be doing business with this company in the future. Such a great experience!

I would give zero stars if I could. Unprofessional company and owners. Took my money and left the job unfinished. No call no showed more times than I can count. Nothing but disrespect, lies and excuses from Arthur throughout the project. They left an unbelievable mess every day. Left us without access to our shower for weeks. It was miserable trying to manage these people and get them out of my house. After spending months on a project I was quoted no more than 2 weeks on, I was finally ghosted. I have holes in my walls, water damage under my sink that they caused, a broken vanity and scratched floor. Oh, and the mold is growing back. Remember, a warranty is only as good as the company behind it and this one is about as shady as they come. Do yourself a favor and call anyone else.
