Even if 2 adults are disabled and living on disability, can barely afford food,medicine etc. They will cut your power off in the middle of the winter. Steve is great to help out. But he is the saving grace of the company in my eyes.

While staying at friends I offered to pay their elect bill for the month. So I made a 'One Time' payment online at Mtn View website and then they continued to charge my card for 4 months ! ....I found out by looking thru my bank account activity No notices were sent to either me or my friends per this . When speaking with Billing they flat out told me it was my fault and that I selected Auto Pay - which i did not ! And then had the gall to say that my friends would have to pay me back since Mtn View would not reverse the payments. Extremely poor way to run customer service billing. Be careful with this company. btw : Mtn View, dont reply to this review with your canned message of "please call our customer servie # blah blah blah"

My husband paid our bill but it charged twice one was for $60 it said later it didn't go through then it charged $50 later said it didn't go through,,,with all these problems it better not turn us off.

I am very unhappy. We got our electricity turned off because these people don’t understand that we tried to pay them but they’re stupid. System wasn’t working proper.
