I believe they have the potential to do good, but my overall experience was a bit disappointing. My pedicure was great, my nails were poor quality, and they arrive late on Saturdays despite the sign saying 9:00am. I was dissatisfied with a product because my nails were lumpy and I did not get what I wanted because an individual couldn’t really understand me. I don’t speak two languages, so I admire these workers, but the bottom line is the nails did not come out how I wanted, nor was it a neat job. I shared my disappointment, and I was met with, “but they look good”, and this was said without a thorough examination. It’s just not the place for me.

I usually wait for 2 - 3 hours to get my nails done, but I understand that I can't rush perfection. It's totally worth the wait because they always warmly welcome me and take good care of my nails. Last time I got a full set and gel pedicure then was out of state for 3 weeks, and my nails still looked great when I came back to them today. Definitely recommend this place!

It was horrible very rude then the owner had her girlfriend in there trying to start a fight and then they kissed! Was sis is rude a prejudice! Very rude ! Especially the one with acne in her nose oily skin!

I visited for the first time a few hours ago and had a basic polish manicure. The artist was very sweet. She cleaned up my cuticles so well and made my nails look perfect!

Without an appointment there's always a long wait. But they are very friendly and have the largest choice of nail color's and different types of specialty nail choices I've ever seen in any salon!

I've been going to Libby's nails in fultondale for about 7 years and I absolutely love them. I wanted to find a place closer to home so I checked this place out. They did the cat's eye, like my other place and they had some really cool ideas using the magnets from the cat eye. Unfortunately my nails didn't look the same as the one they painted to show you what it's going to look like but they still looked okay. Then 5 days after I got my nails done they started popping off in droves two at a time usually. So I paid $50 for a full set that lasted 5 days this is acrylic nails with gel polish. I will never cheat on libbies nails ever again.

My 1st time was July 24, 2020. I truly was welcomed. It is August 15th and its time for a fill in and pedicure. Awesome place of business. All nails are still on. I have been directed to the correct nail salon. ?
