Absolutely love it! Got my results back way faster than I expected. I also was able to learn that I’m having identical twin boys! Couldn’t be happier. Definitely do this it’s easy simple easy to read and if you don’t understand your results they explain it to you but if you need it to be explained more than that they will schedule you an appointment they are great

I scheduled a call with a genetic specialist to answer some questions and address some concerns and got more clarity and answers than even the doctor was able to give me. The scheduling was easy and convenient and the call back was right on time. The lady I spoke with was amazing. Knowledgeable, patient and compassionate. The experience exceeded my expectations.

Excellent service. I receive the kit a couple days before the scheduled blood draw and then they come to my work.
The person is very professional and I don’t hardly feel a thing and he is done in five minutes

This company is a scam. A month after my test I received a letter stating my bill was covered. Four months later I received a bill for $500 stating if I paid now I won’t have to pay the full bill. When I called to see why I owed a bill they said my insurance denied it. The reason they told me my insurance denied it did not make any sense. I mentioned the letter that was sent to me and was told if I can provide the letter they would take care of it. 1. I tossed the letter and 2. Why doesn’t the company keep record of the correspondence sent to customers? I am now getting bills for $1,500. It’s all very shady

Had been waiting patiently for my results when I hoped on my chart over a week ago to look for something else and there was all my results also stating fetus: male. My husband and I wanted to look together but my chart had my results about a week earlier than the one place they told us to go look for results

My husband and I had a really hard time deciding if we wanted to look at test results the night we got them. At the last minute, we decide to do it. Creating a login and getting directions for the results was easy and quick. We enjoyed the time it allowed for us to click step by step process. It was not expected but enjoyed this feature very much.
