I was asked to use this course to get my refresher and all its been since I was able to login and complete the first couple sections has been for them to I guess mysteriously delete my account so none of the info I used 12 hours ago works any more and then when trying to contact them all you get is voicemails, emails that are not replayed to and chat box people who you wish were AI because then at least you would understand their ignorance. Ill change my review if they are able to help me out but all they have done so far is ruin a perfectly good Friday.

I had to track down the parent company to speak to anyone (Certus in Orlando, FL), after my login credentials stopped working. Somehow they "couldn't find" any record of the payment they charged to my card 3 weeks ago. I doubt the legitimacy of this company, and recommend looking elsewhere for your training needs.

Training is okay but if you need customer support for any reason - you are on your own. I accidently signed someone up for the spanish version of training rather than english. I have called five times to get it switched. Left a message each time. No response! I recommend considering a different provider.

Extremely unprofessional training. I took the online HAZWOPER training from this company. It contains many factual errors and frequently contradicts itself. Some sections have clearly never been proofread. The organization of the content is not intuitive at all, the same information will be presented repeatedly in different sections of the training with inconsistent terminology. Some slides have been copied and pasted from other sections and make no sense with the surrounding content. Overall completely unprofessional, I can't believe a company would publish and sell a product like this.

Overall, it is a well designed course. However, several times (at least 6 or 7) it just kicked me out of the module I was in and sent me to the homescreen. It even did it to me during my final exam when I was about 40 questions in. It would do it to me during the modules, but it would remember my answers. When it did it to me during the exam I had to redo the entire thing. Needless to say I wasn't happy.

They do not answer phones. You get a menu selection that just keeps looping around back to where you started.
