Very disgusting and rude. I called because I needed help and asked the lady if she could transfer me to someone else if she couldn’t help with it. She said she would and ended up getting an attitude with me and hanging up the phone on me! And my situation is actually considered an emergency. I have long days at work too and with people too and I still give respect to every person that walks into my office. And I did the same with her and for her to do something like that is really nasty. Other people would try to go for her job.

Most horrible service in the USA company. Unbelievable rude and unprofessional customer service. “Lady” working on window 8 literally eating in your face while you trying to open account. Disgusting. Considering the face national grid is the only gas company in Brooklyn it’s ridiculous considering the fact you don’t have other options.

Good Evening National Grid,
I writing this post on behalf of my elderly mother, who resides in Canarsie Brooklyn, and today July 5th, 2024, your service representatives came out to assist my mothers neighbors home at 153 E. 88th Street. Upon the completion of the work your representatives left debris as well napkins used to wipe their face all tossed infront of my mother's driveway. The purpose of this post is the lack of concern for residents who clean and sweep in front of their homes and driveways daily and to have city representatives come to do work , but neglect to leave properties the way tthey found it is very poor professionalism and a reflection on the city's work ethics.

The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service. Had to suffer NYC winter without hot water due to their incompetence.

A technician mixed up two of the gas meter numbers. It took 4 months (!!) to schedule someone in to finally resolve the issue. Was WRONGLY billed thousands of dollars every month due to THEIR mistake.

I wish I could take back the number of hours I spent on the phone with their reps - only received mixed answers AND got hung up on by their supposed “supervisor”. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

I came here for Con Ed customer service, they were organized and solved my issue right away. No points to the company for just not bothering to connect my account, but the customer service at this location was great.

The worst service I’ve ever had in the world. 6th day without gas (without hot water, cooking, heating). I tried to resolve the problem with new account by the phone, I came to the office directly to review my documents and scheduled appointment on November 19. Nobody appeared this day from 8am-midnight. All day is ruined, the weekend is ruined. It’s about 33 outside and 55 inside. I’m totally frustrated and cannot do something. I hate everything now

This truly is the worst company in the world when it comes to customer service. I have been trying to open an account with them for over a month now. They are completely out of touch with what current technology allows them to do and the customer service representatives are nasty and add to the incompetence of the company. I recommend reporting them to every NYC agency you can find for the inability to provide service, avoid them if possible.
