Thank you Sabrina. My friends and I enjoyed meeting her at NHC. She was very helpful. NHC has a lot of inventory. Plenty of items to choose from. Edibles, pre-rolls, and plenty to dab. Looking for a new rig? No problem, they have that too. Their prices are very fair. Visit them when you’re in Morro Bay.

Coming up from LA, having been to quite a handful of dispensaries here, I have to say this place had some of the fresh flower, and the selection of starins, growers, and brands was incredible. Went in looking for some Orange Chai that I had read about, and did not fail produce. Also, I picked up some Smoken Promises and pre rolls that I haven't seen. I'd like to thank the staff and gaurds I interacted with on Fri,Sat, and Sun. Did not get their names aside from Dorians on the last day. Definitely recommend whether you're picking up for your weeked stay or on your way further up north.
Also, run daily 40%-50% off sales on certain items.

As you can see from my history with other spots, I rarely go out my way to comment about a place I disliked. April 5th / currently 9 pm parked outside writing this.

Costumer service was absolutely terrible. Questions ignored, and it seemed as if I was a burden on his time. I understand I came in at 8:56 but here’s the thing, the doors were still open and I knew what I wanted. So why act as if your costumers are a burden ?

Other than the guys attitude, I’ve had 3 other experiences at this shop and those gave me 0 issues, I actually had enjoyed the shop that’s why I decided to come back for this 3rd time.

Non the less, I didn’t get the workers name, short, glasses, but once again, who really cares ? lol, only reason I’m going this far is because I studied weed and I expect shop workers to be perhaps just as passionate as myself.

Last time visiting this shop, thank you guys.

Buyer be ware. I went here for the holiday sales and picked up two Field rosin pens. I confirmed with the girl (who I later found out was supposedly the manager named Connie) that they were half off and again so at the register when the price seemed high. She assured me so and I left. When I got home I double checked my receipt to find that they had in fact overcharged me (by about $15). Normally I’d chalk it up to a misunderstanding but was pretty irritated that I’d double checked twice and still got overcharged. I called then and they said I’d have to come in for a refund. I said fine and made another trip to get. Fast forward a few days, the one pen I’d opened was making me choke it was so harsh and clogged, so I figured it needed a charge. Plugged in came back the pen was completely dead, this was after 5 hits. I went in to the store to ask what they could do as you could see the pen was still full and I’d just bought it. I spoke to Moses, who was supposedly a supervisor, offered me a refund on the unopened pen and said there wasn’t anything they could do for the opened one and I’d need to reach out to Field direct for help but they’d take care of me, so I did. Now after 3 months of back and forth with them(they are terrible at responding promptly) I’ve come to find out that NHC straight up lied to me and field. The company said that after speaking with the management at NHC they were told I was offered a full refund and refused it. They said I’d have to take it up with them and that they could facilitate a store credit. So let me ask, why would I want to go through the run around of dealing with this company who I didn’t do business with if I was offered a refund on the spot? NHC has proven to be dishonest on multiple occasions and over petty amounts. They had every opportunity to make things right and instead they lied and sent me on a goose chase. Bad business and shady individuals to say the least.

Nice place, but you can tell this is owned by a corporation. The prices are ridiculously high for flower that had been packaged 1 year ago. I purchased a large amount of flower, I paid twice as much here than I paid at the next dispensary I went to this day, where I purchased twice as much flower for half the cost.
