My experience ordering from NBI Drainboard sinks has been great. When ordering, they gladly fielded my multiple calls. In person or I left a msg and they promptly called me back. I was in a bit of a hurry and they got right on my order. The sink itself is delightful. Really attractive. Tasteful. We put it in ourselves. No problem.

We wanted a vintage looking sink for our 200 year old farmhouse kitchen renovation and after much searching found the double basin high back farmhouse style sink from NBI.This company has superior customer service! When I was ordering I emailed the company asking for a discount code and Ty emailed me back immediately with a code that saved me $100. We received our sink faster then estimated and took a look at it upon arrival and it looked fine. But after a few weeks we installed it and there was a tiny hairline crack in one basin that was almost impossible to see. I was so sad. I emailed Ty and sent him photos. He immediately said they would send a new sink. Amazing! And ... it came in a week! The sink is beautiful! We haven't used it yet but I plan to use care when used and hope it will hold up. I will not order from another sink company in the future. Thanks Ty for your super awesome customer service!

We love the double drainboard sink. It looks just like the original cast iron ones but much lighter and easier to install! It is the perfect sink with butcher block countertops because it limits the water overflow that can shorten the lifespan of the counters. Beautiful!

We just built a new home and I wanted a different type of sink--one like I remembered from my Grandmama's house. I LOVE the sink I chose. It is well made, holding up beautifully and such a focal point in my kitchen. The drainboards are something I did not know I would value so much but they are VERY handy. Have had so many compliments and you do not need to be concerned about customer service. They have the best!

I really love working with Ty and the team at NBI Drainboard Sinks. I just completed my second purchase! (The first one looked so terrific, I ordered another for a new renovation project my small redevelopment company is in the middle of.) Over the years I’ve struggled to find a quality replacement product for the vintage porcelain-coated cast iron sinks that I adore, but which are unfortunately typically in bad shape and costly to repair and heavy and very expensive to have delivered. The NBI alternative is a welcomed solution!

We updated our kitchen in August and September 2023, and my big splurge was getting this drain board sink. We had to move the window up and reshape the cabinets to accommodate it but it is worth it. I recommend the sink. 🙂Especially if you have butcher block counters. You can keep the water off the wood.
Also love it is a family business and they answer the phone!
