S. Wilhelm and Glenn initially contacted our business to arrange repairs for one of their vehicles. Despite our repeated efforts—calling, emailing, and texting on a weekly basis—to follow up on the claim, they have failed to respond in any capacity. Their lack of communication has caused unnecessary delays and reflects a disregard for our teams time & resources that could have been spent with a committed client. This experience has been highly unprofessional and lacks the professional courtesy we are accustomed to when working with fleet accounts. Very disappointing.

These people would not communicate and the work that was performed was very poor there mark up on thing was 200 % I would suggest you stay clear of these people unless you want a mess to clean up

If I could give zero stars, I would. The quality of work, is the worst I have ever seen. Our house burnt down and had been waiting to start our lives over in our freshly restored home. We moved into a mess and were heart broken. Do not use this company unless you plan to be disappointed and have a headache to deal with.

Recently we had a water leak in our home. Due to that water leak, our ceiling in the basement fell. The damages were wet carpets in the living room, and the family room below, damaged wood floors in the kitchen/dining room and minimal damage to a couch. This all happened on a Friday, while I was at work. We found the damage about 6:00 pm. We called NCRI, and CJ sent a crew right out. Within a few hours, they had dehumidifiers going on both floors of my home, with numerous fans drying the floors and ceilings. They handled everything from filing a claim with our insurance, contracting the work that needed to be done, picking up the necessary supplies, and keeping in touch with all the updates. My house is now finished and I am very pleased with the results. CJ and his crew were very professional and I would recommend them to anyone needing work done in their home. Thanks NCRI! You’re #1 in my book!!!

I wish I could leave zero stars. Construction staff that came out were courteous and "professional" (some). Although company sometimes sent out people that were not experts or certified in the work they were trying to complete. Mismanagement to a T. Cancellation rate over 50% on agreed upon date and time with short notice or late notice the day that work was to be completed. Basement "under construction" for approximately 4 months. This job per other experts would take one week (I started the paperwork to complete the work with other construction personnel figuring NCRI would never complete the work). NCRI sent out a "drywall guy" that was actually a water tech. He did not install drywall proper. Not only, did he not finish, taper, or place a nice coat but NCRI sent painters and instructed them to paint over it stating it was done. Mudding not complete and no texture on the wall similar to the surrounding area. They had to send out an additional crew that were "drywall" professionals and did an excellent job. Also tried to cut corners from contract that was sent and reimbursed by insurance company and stated it didn't "need" to be done ..........after the checks were sent. Hmmm. Trying to cut corners at customers expense to make a buck.

We had Salvador he was so respectful and thorough. Cleaned our lobby and it looks so nice and clean. Came and did our carpets they looks so nice and clean. Would definitely recommend!
