I must say that the Home Buyers Class was very, very long and, in retrospect, I should have split it up into sessions. Once completed, you must then pass a post test and thereafter a counselling phone call. It's a lot! Something this intense might be better accomplished with a workbook. The Prime Saving Grace was a gentleman named Victor Ochoa. Victor went out of his way to help us meet an extremely close escrow. He didn't have to help but he stepped in when another office was overbooked. To say Mr. Ochoa has our thanks is not enough. Because of his willingness to "step up" we'll meet our closing date. We are extremely grateful for the information in the class, but most especially for Mr. Ochoa. Thank you
