Travis and the crew at Neotric power delivered top tier service and a quality product. New roof and main panel and I now pay a quarter of what I had been paying for power from my utility company. I am also very please with the look of the panels on my home. My only complaint is I wish I did it sooner!! Thank you Neotric Power!!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Neotric Power for the installation of solar panels on my property, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the entire process. From the initial consultation to the final connection, Neotric Power and their technician, Travis, delivered a top-notch experience.

Travis's professionalism and expertise were evident from the start. He took the time to thoroughly explain the solar installation process, answering all my questions and addressing any concerns I had. His knowledge of the product and the industry instilled confidence in me, making the decision to choose Neotric Power an easy one.

The installation itself was pretty quick and efficient. The details of the installation were excellent - I specified that I wanted the a 200A panel with the most spaces possible, and Travis spec'd an excellent panel. Stucco work was great as well as the conduit to the panels up the side of the house. You see a lot of janky solar installs where the conduit looks like an afterthought - not on my install. Conduit follows the roof line and they really did a nice job.

Neotric Power's dedication to a seamless customer experience was apparent at every stage. The communication throughout the process was excellent, with regular updates on the status of the installation. This proactive approach eliminated any guesswork and made me feel well-informed and confident in the progress being made.

The install team was done so quickly and they did an amazing job. I worked in construction for many years and the crew was respectful and professional. They are a local company and did much better work than most of my neighbors that went with a larger solar company.
