Todd’s employees, Kay, Kim, Chad and Dakota are very accommodating and knowledgeable. My recent furnace issues were not typical; however, Dakota was conscientious and personable in explaining the solutions for my older system. Got a new furnance an A/C unit in a day. Very great company to work with. They were very professional and kept me in the loop all day long. My new A/C is amazing! Keeps the house very cold. Kim the office manager always goes above and beyond to make sure that tax deductions for next year is done right, doing the Ameren discounts and all. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

Called to have a complete new mini split system in, had to call them repeatedly to remind them they promised to do an estimate. When they finally came out I was told it'd be a couple days.... it's been a month and they still haven't completed an estimate.

My A/C was leaking water in my house. I had two failed service call from another service before I finally called Neuhaus and Company after dealing with the issue for nearly a month. When Dakota came I met him at the door and told him if he could resolve my issue he and Neuhaus would have all my business going forward including new install when it came time for that. Dakota rose to the occasion, took a good deal of time and patience to diagnose the problem, resolved it and then went above and beyond to insure optimal performance of the unit by cleaning inside and out and getting rid of all excess water from down in the crawlspace ductwork. I meant what I said. It is Neuhaus and Dakota (or any of their qualified techs) from now on. Thanks guys.

Literally, 2 days before our vacation, our air conditioner quit. All we seen were $$$, and we considered not calling anyone and dealing with it when we came back. Instead, I called our local place figuring they could come the same day. Meantime, my daughter in law says we used Neuhaus and they were very reasonable. I decided I would give them a call. Very friendly and up front about their diagnostic fee, $59, I scheduled them and canceled the local one which was $30 more. Neuhaus came before noon and were very professional and thorough. We needed a new capacitor and it cost under $200. Praise God! I highly recommend them, in fact I am considering calling when I get back from vacation to sign up for the biannual check up, $95 a visit.
