"Tom" came to my rescue last evening when my self-install of an expansion tank on my water heater resulted in a water leak - which I could not stop. He responded immediately to my phone call and in short while came with his brother - on a Friday evening and busy schedule - to help us out. It was a very successful visit. He replaced a faulty fitting (which I had cross-threaded) and reinstalled the expansion tank. Perfect fix and no leaks. It was a great experience to have him help, with his friendliness and expertise. The big surprise was the low price that he charged me for this needed work. No leaks anymore. All good! Great people with prompt very clean service. Unit blower motor went out on my a/c unit. I called them and tech arrived within the hour. He found the problem immediately. Was on a Sunday so parts for rheem were closed. Monday early a.m. I get a text letting me know part is under warranty. Unit was made in 2017! So basically I paid for installation only! Only charge that kinda bothered me was the inspection charge. $130 but I guess it is what it is. Happy that Unit is running!

After searching high and low for a reputable company, I came across New Comfort Heating and Cooling. Thy have the rating they do for a reason. We had Tomaz and his team put in an entire home HVAC system, which on a side note, the one that was being replaced was only 6 years old. The first company who installed the system would have done a better job with bubble gum and stickers. Anyway, Tomaz and his entire team have been nothing short of professional. We had a strict timeline to stick to having to move out to an extended stay hotel for two weeks due to having pets, and they stayed on course and even finished a bit early. Tomaz is available to answer questions whenever we need or even stop by if called upon. Super great people! Highly, highly recommended.

Great experience! Our air went out last night and they were here less than 24 hours later. Tom was friendly and professional and diagnosed the problem right away. Great service and attention to detail. A much better experience than we’ve had with other companies in the area. We will be using them from now on!
