They were incredibly friendly and answered all my queries promptly. Throughout the 3-month preparation period, I was able to use their ProofHub link to keep track of their progress updates. Once the waiting was over, they handled everything from obtaining the city permit to installing the solar panels, and finally, the inspection by the local utility company. Amazingly, they managed to complete the installation in just one day, showcasing their efficiency! Now, we're enjoying the benefits of our operational solar panels. Through a mobile app, we can monitor how effectively our solar panels are generating electricity. Last week was particularly warm, but thanks to our solar power, we were able to use our AC to cool down without consuming much grid electricity. It was an absolute delight! I'm truly grateful to Angel, Dale, and Theodore for their stellar work. It's paying off, literally, on a daily basis. Here's the update: The solar panel array has been successfully installed and the meter has been reconfigured! The system is functioning exactly as promised by New London Solar. The process of getting this system in place was an excellent experience. Initially, our representative Angel visited our home at Shaws Cove st Floor New London to map out the installation plan. He then relayed his data to the company's electrical engineer who designed a customized layout and system that perfectly suited our home and our needs. The installation crew, including Dale and Zachary, were courteous and worked efficiently in the early spring warmth to install the system. We couldn't be more thrilled with their work! Once the meter was recalibrated and we were given the go-ahead to activate everything, the system kicked into gear and has been functioning wonderfully ever since. The online monitoring applications and website provided are user-friendly and easy to navigate once you've spent a little time exploring. I wouldn't hesitate to choose New London Solar again and I highly recommend their services to anyone considering solar installation. The initial sales experience was also highly satisfactory. Zachary, our sales representative, was punctual and demonstrated a comprehensive understanding of solar technology. He was well-versed with the workings of different power companies. He recommended against a 100% system for us as it would not yield a return on investment due to overproduction. This advice saved us a substantial amount of money upfront. As we embark on the process of getting solar installed on our house, I feel extremely confident moving forward with New London Solar.

i chose New London Solar based on the reviews i had read and collaborated with the owner, angel, to plan my solar/battery setup! my system was up and running in no time and it's been running smoothly for nearly two years now! New London Solar was fantastic during the installation and continues to be fantastic! I'm so pleased they suggested enphase for my solar/battery equipment provider! I've had a few issues with enphase, but a simple phone call to them and the problems were resolved over the phone. There was also a problem with the enphase equipment, but they promptly sent a factory technician who corrected the hardware issue. So, I regularly charge an all-electric car and a plug-in hybrid car, and replaced my old gas furnace/air conditioner with a new all-electric heating/cooling heat pump. In that year, my total electricity bill was a mere $18.26! We've had several power outages since the installation and the 10k enphase battery system worked flawlessly! Thank you angel and your entire team for making this possible. I strongly recommend considering enphase company for your home rooftop solar system needs.
