New Quest Electric definitely lives up to their 5 star reviews. Nick was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. I had hired two other electricians to try to fix a 3 way switch that wasn’t working at my business but neither one could fix it. So I reached out to New Quest and Nick was confident he could fix the issue. He did! His crew also made sure some other electrical wiring was safe, moved a refrigerator plug, and even replaced old fluorescent bulbs in a very hard to reach lightbox. Stop looking and just call them. You’ll be glad you did! A+ experience!

If you are reading this message, you are like me and are doing your research before hiring a responsible, qualified and honest electrician. I did my research and I can confirm that Nick and his crew at New Quest Electric are the people you want to hire for your electrical work. I have not only hired New Quest Electric three times in the past year or so (to install a new electrical panel, run outside wiring and install powered cameras), but two other neighbors have also hired them to run the power for a spa, install outside outlets and change their electrical panels. Ask Nick to meet you to talk about your electrical project and you’ll see that he is responsible, qualified and most importantly, an honest person.

Nick and his crew are professional and phenomenal! They do an outstanding job troubleshooting electrical problems, installing new dedicated circuits (swimming pool), installing solar ready 200amp circuit breaker panels, and installing backup generator switches. I contracted New Quest Electric to have a NEMA 14-50 outlet installed on the side of my house to charge my new EV. It wasn't fully charged coming off the dealership, so I needed someone quick so I could get this thing back to 100% before it'd be a problem.

Nick was very quick to respond to my request, even into the evening to get me set up with an appointment for today, 5/17.

Eric and Oscar came to my house, even earlier than planned! Luckily they were able to grab lunch while waiting for me to arrive. They worked quickly, did a very clean job, and were incredibly friendly. To have such a power-hungry outlet installed by a proper electrician, in the sun, and weathered for anything SoCal throws at us, I'd say $450 was a very fair price.

I would absolutely grab these guys again for a future electrician job.

We had some faulty wiring in our main bedroom bath that other companies thought they had fixed, but the problem never was resolved. Adrian from New Quest isolated the issue immediately and proceeded to correct a spaghetti of wires to fix it permanently. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. We also had a dedicate circuit installed in the garage. The work was professionally installed. I will use them again for sure.
