The setup at this R360 location is very poor.
As drivers, we are limited by the number of hours we can operate our units in a day. Being able to load and offload in a reasonable amount of time is crucial because our daily clock is constantly going. When you have to wait 1-2 hours for a single unit to offload, let alone flush their tank, it affects every unit that is waiting.

The staff here are amazing, and they really do work with the operators that use this seevice. But please take into consideration that this company stays afloat because of the product the trucks bring in.
You would think that they would try harder to accommodate and work with the drivers of these units. So that the delays are minimal.

Everyone starts their work clocks at different times, and being able to get in and out in a timely fashion is vital. Waiting for such a long time can affect a drivers ability to drive legally.

I believe this is a serious issue and should be rectified.

I enjoy using this service, but I would rather go to a different facility simply because I know the turnaround time would be much faster.
