Thank you to New Way for great service! I spoke with Jake initially, who was very courteous listening to my issues, gave me a quote over the phone, and scheduled me for next business day service. As scheduled, Christian fixed the pipe leak, and Jonathan and Nick fixed the stopped up drains. Christian, Jonathan, and Jake were all very professional, courteous, and explained everything thoroughly. They fixed the issues quickly and cleaned everything up when they were done. The prices were reasonable and they all did a high quality job. I highly recommend New Way!

Oh my gosh, Jonathon and Nick were awesome. They introduced themselves when they got here. They knew my name. They reiterated why they were here and asked if there was anything else or if anything had changed since I had called for the appointment. I had called because my washing machine drain hose was shooting out the top and running all over the floor every time the washer emptied, my bathtub drain was backing up every time I took a shower until the water was ankle deep, there is a low spot in the yard right in line with the sewer pipe to the city connection in the street, and I wanted them to fix the drains and check the crawl space to be sure there was no problem with the connections on my property. They were very efficient, double and triple checked everything after clearing all the drains, went into the crawl space and took video of what is under the house. They explained everything they did and why, they kept the dialogue going thruout so I did not have to question what either one was doing or why. I live in a 70-year-old house with original plumbing and they explained all this is actually normal, not a major problem, and a matter of routine maintenance after a number of years. They were very knowledgeable, so personable, finished in a very reasonable time — and cleaned up!! Additionally, the charges were quite reasonable. You also might want to know I’ve dealt with NuAWay since I bought my house - they did part of my original inspections, and I will continue to go back to them when I have problems. Happy customer? You bet.

We were referred to New Way after our original plumber wasn't able to flush out a blockage. Nick and Jonathan arrived a few hours later, in the snow, and quickly re-diagnosed the issue and dredged out the offending material in our pipes.
