It's taken a year to write a review after having both plumbing and HVAC installed through NextGen. The process was very stressful but needed to be done. If I had it to do all over again would I have selected Nextgen? I would have to say, Yes. Installers, warranty service techs, seasoned plumbers, who have returned to my home with no problem to correct errors to or upgrade to the work previously done. They also offered through a partner company which was definitely needed. Bottom line, HVAC staff is and has been great. All of their service men have been polite, professional and knowledgeable.
Plumbing staff gets mixed reviews from me with some that were were polite, professional and knowledgeable. If I had to grade each division on courtesy, knowledge and professionalism, I'd give the HVAC division a solid "A" and the Plumbing division a solid "B+" Also, customer service is great!

I took the 29.00 offer from HOMEDEPOT tech came and he pretty much focus on all of the recomendations other than the tune-up special..I wanted, I understand they problably get a nice big comission, his recomendations were like $4700.00 and he really try to get me to agree on all of this or some of them..I told him all I jyst wanted to see how the unit was, since installed 6-8 Yeas ago, I never had any service or issues, but I wanted a professional to look at it. At the end of him on the roof, he gave the unit what he called a bubble bath...(hose down) wash. He came down and handed me a bill for 54.00 or 54.99 I told him what happen to my sign up special for 29.00 he said i needed the coupon to get that price, I dind't have the flyer with me atvthe time, I it left in my work truck...he offer me a 10.00 dicount and that was it...he was firm on his 44.00 total...next couple of days we had a coold down it rain a bit then temp when up into the 100's well, well a/c did not work, and the wife calls me, I call them and they couldn't get anyone out to me till next day so next day, a new tech came out,,,he calls me and first thing out of his mouth was to ask if I was readdy to take care of the recomendations. I said no he said that't problably why the unit shut down, cause it needed them. Then he call me back and said it was a blowen fuse..he got it going. But told me I needed to do the recomendatios to keep this from happening again, next day or two I called their office spoke to a lady I ask why the price difference I had flyer on hand and I told her it was not a coupon, she said sorry they would issue me a credit..it never happen...I wont botther to call back or ever use them...i now have called another company to double check their work, and totally differenr story...recomendations are not nedded at this time, will cost same if done now or wait till they brake, why spen the money now if not needed..I would never trust them. You only get one chance for a good first impression...and you blew it up..

Eric cleared out our kitchen drain quickly and did an amazing job explaining what’s going on with our circa 1945 cast-iron pipes. He gave me several recommendations for preventative maintenance that we will probably do after Christmas. Super friendly and nice. It’s refreshing to meet someone who really loves their job. NexGen is a super reliable company. My upstairs A/C went down for multiple reasons. I contacted NexGen on Saturday after hours, and they put me on the schedule for Monday at the earliest...

All in all they had to make THREE TRIPS on the same day to get me up and running. Thanks to BRIAN, who went beyond the call to duty, I got a new electrical supply to my A/C unit, and a proper diagnosis to the problem...

It was not an easy service call, but he stuck with it.

We use NexGen (Noah Fierro) to install our smart thermostat. Everything went without a hitch. I have to add that Noah was quite thorough. I fell confident in the work that was provided. He was kind and knowledgeable. I will definitely use NexGen/Noah again! Way to go...

Noah from Nexgen came to service my house next day after I called when I have been having trouble finding someone to come out to check out my AC unit.

Noah ran a thorough diagnosis of my unit and explained to me in detail what is working correctly and what is working incorrectly, making sure I understood the problem.

He also offered me fair pricing and even explained the deals/benefits going on currently with his company.

I would highly recommend them for anyone that needs honest and fair servicing.

He went far and beyond to save me money. He did his best to fix the issue in the most inexpensive way.

We all know how expensive plumbing repair can be. It was good to have someone trying hard to save me money.

My repair turned out to be very extensive. That meant it wasn’t cheap.

Shon went so far beyond what was expected of him that I’m comfortable with the money spent.

Big jobs are not cheap. You have to have confidence that the man doing the work is good, professional and has your best interest in mind. Shon checked all those boxes.

If I need plumbing work again I will call and ask for him personally.
