To the Companies, and individuals who have been in business for many years or just getting started and are having issues with software, connecting computer maintenance, networking, and much more I recommend NEXTGEN SOLUTIONS! and hear is my reason why our server went down I was not able to get to my programs to get my payroll to my clients I called our regular IT guy that we have used for many years I explained the trouble I was having with our Server the IT guy seemed to be too busy to help me resolve this issue with the server all he would say to me that it sounds bad and that its going to be very expensive without coming and assessing it. So I made the call to NEXTGEN SOULTIONS and boy I am very happy with my decision I spoke to a gentleman name SEAN BECK, owner and IT Specialist he came out the same day and was able to resolve the issues with our server he did not just fix it and then leave me with a EXPENSIVE $$$ bill no he sat down with me face to face and explained what happen to my server and shared his expertise on how to protect my business and my clients data. Sean worked quickly and efficiently to try and help fix our Ricoh Aficio 2027 that had a large amount of toner spill out causing the pages to be darkened and speckled with toner. Sean let us know that he was not familiar with Ricoh machines from the beginning. A new drum was ordered quickly and installed within a week but sadly the drum is not working properly or is damaged since about 2 inches of the page are printing blank while the rest is printing clean and clear. We appreciate that he was willing to help us around the busy holiday season.
