I don't know where to start explaining my disappointment with this dealership. But here goes. I found a Bushtec pull behind motorcycle trailer on Niehaus website and decided to give them a call. I was told the trailer was in excellent condition (also advertised to be in excellent condition), so I asked for additional pictures just to get a better feel of the trailer. Did I mention I informed the salesman I would be traveling from Atlanta to Litchfield to purchase the trailer? The salesman and I came to an agreement on the price ($200 off asking), and on Friday, September 22, 2023, my wife and I headed to Litchfield. Upon arriving and seeing the trailer, it was in fair condition at best. It was definitely not road worthy for such a long trip back home. Being aware that salesmen are not always upfront with the conditions of their products, I brought my cargo trailer just in case. But with that being said, this was ABSOLUTE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! With no understanding or appreciation that I drove over 560 miles to do business with them. Plus, being a Wing'D Riders Association member and attending the first Wing'D Riders Bike Rally held at the dealership. I expected better treatment than this. Never again will I recommend this place to anyone. Never again! In the interest of transparency, I'm attaching pictures of the condition of the trailer.

Didnt cover warranty for motor.7000 for motor,runs maybe half power.then got call tranny was out,worked fine when dropped off,didnt cover trans warranty,all should have been covered.they said warranty dont cover parts that wear out normally.2500 miles on it,thats all tranny sposed to last? Isnt that why i bought warranty? Do not buy from these people,they are 3 to 5 thousand higher for any vehicle.ive bought 6 from owens motorsports in charleston.great people who back their warranty,niehaus,just rotten people who will steal from u.still gona sue their ass,its bout principle.

I went out of my way to not just find the bike I wanted but to support a business that has NOT forgotten how to treat customers and build relationships, Niehaus Cycle did not disappoint! I'm a new rider and needed some basic understanding of some items, as well as some experience to help guide me through all of the various features and benefits, what is good to have and what isn't necessary, fit, and maintenance. From the initial contact to the follow ups-great. From the meet and greet to the ordering of accessories-great. The store presence and atmosphere is one of the coolest and nicest Motorcycle stores I've been in. They even acted super fast for me in order to get the last of 2 items in the US to get me going. I encourage you to try Niehaus and give them a chance to wow you.

Traveled pert near 400 miles for a new front tire. Best in sales/service in the mid west. We even stop for just a visit if ever we're in the area. Can't say enough about this place.

Drove for almost an hour to vist. After walking around and looking at the goldwings for about 20 minutes not one person bothered to say anything to me or ask if I need any help. Didn't feel welcomed, guess they just weren't to interested in customer service today. Left disappointed. Its to bad they have a nice shop, and was told they were a good place for goldwings.

I have to say that we have had the best experience and interaction with everyone that we came in contact with there, they are very honest and upfront with you, and really helped us out in a crunch and they where more willing to help get back on the road. I would do business with them again in a heart beat. Very good, pleasant, honest people all around. And I loved the lamb fries Brad.

Great selection on bikes. Second time I've been here. Couldn't come to a deal. They low balled me twice on my trade in. They just didn't seem like they even wanted to work with me at all and try to make a sale. It was all straight forward and blunt. Definitely not the friendliest dealer I've been to.
