Update. 03.19.23. I went out to my car this morning and nearly broke my ankle. They are still not putting the cover back on so that it is seated properly.

They don't put the cover back on the meter. It's as if they WANT my mother to break her foot. Unbelievable. 4 times in the last year. I replace it every time. 50 year resident in Bromley. So dangerous and careless.

My checking account was compromised and I had to open up a new one and close the old one. So I had to change all my auto pays. And all the other companies that charge me return fee. Understood my problem. And credit me back that return fee because it was not my fault. But the lady I spoke with at the water company could care less. She said it's your responsibility not ours. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. Always pay my bill way in advance. She wouldn't let me speak to a supervisor. Then she just hung up what

We had an emergency situation on a Saturday night at 9PM. When our washer was draining the water backed up in our tubs & the toilets would not flush. We called & within an hour a worker was out to check it out & in another hour to hour & a half the big truck came to clean out the pipes. Great job & I consider that very prompt service. Nothing worse than having no toilet. Thanks so much City of Norfolk !!

I would like to know how our water bill for 2 people that us usually around $70.00 a month go up to $160.00 a month when we were not even here for 2 weeks. Seems fishy to me. When I called they said it was an accurate reading.

My water is backed up throughout the house i called 6 days straight they answer everytime but the problem is still not solved and I'm still waiting on this so called 24/7 emergency service.
